Seaview Hotel Restaurant
The Restaurant is 'A class act' The Times
Good food coupled with relaxed informal dining is at the heart of the Seaview Hotel. We try to keep our food offering as 'local' as possible and work with a multitude of island suppliers. The style is very Modern British with our own regional Isle of Wight twist. Head Chef Tom Bull works hand-in-hand with many local producers crafting dishes such as Green Barn Farm goats cheese souffle with watercress veloute that is simply a taste of the Wight.
"The Island is known as the Garden Isle and you can see and taste why. There's an amazing range of artisan producers such as Green Barn Farm, The Tomato Stall, Living Larder and many more. We can get the best crab and lobster and the cows from Wight Milk feast on our lush garden Isle grass to produce the perfect pint!" says Tom
The Restaurant has been awarded 2 AA Rosettes and has held a Michelin Bib Gourmand for creative, affordable food over five consecutive years. The average price of a three-course dinner is £28!
We work with such fresh ingredients and endeavour to bring sustainability to the table by supporting local suppliers and sourcing responsibly.
