The Seaview now has its own farm – Newclose Farm – situated in nearby Carisbrooke.

As well as growing our own potatoes, herbs and vegetables throughout the year, we also rear our very own herd of Red and Fallow deer providing The Seaview with its own top quality venison and most recently Highland Cattle.

We also keep a clutch of over 100 free range Rhose Island Red chickens giving us the finest eggs which we serve for breakfast and use in all our cooking.

Our Farmer Adrian Lux and his team work hard throughout the year to ensure that the planting and breeding programmes in place are designed to give all our guests the freshest produce and the finest meat on the Island here at The Seaview.

The menus will always reflect the seasons and allow us to work closely with other farms and fishermen on the Island ensuring that our team of chefs are always working with the very best of the season - caught and grown locally from around the Isle of Wight.
